For organizations and programs
The Program Check-Up: an independent operational review.
I take one program and one management question you want answered, review the materials, talk with the people involved, and give you a plain-language memo on what is working, what is at risk, and what to do first. Your team then carries out the recommendations.
Scope
One program and one agreed management question. Up to three staff or leadership interviews. Up to five documents, with an agreed page limit.
You receive
A concise findings memo and one 45-minute readout with your team.
Timing
Delivered within two weeks after I have received all materials.
Investment
Starting at $1,500. Participant interviews, extensive data work or additional programs are scoped and priced separately.
This is an operational review, not a formal evaluation or a grant compliance audit. I am an outside reviewer and do not run your program, so you get an honest read with no stake in the answer.

About me
I am a senior technical program leader with experience in PMO governance and in guiding complex, cross-functional teams to delivery. I know what it is like to be accountable for results without holding all the authority, and I am used to untangling what is actually stalling a project.
My communications and storytelling work, much of it community-centered, shapes how I listen and how I put findings in writing so people can use them.

Clearer options, agreed next steps and a written recap within two business days. I will give you my best thinking on your situation. I can’t guarantee a particular outcome, because that depends on what you and others do next.
How should I prepare?
Answer the three short intake questions when you book. If a document would help, send one or two short items (a few pages each) before we meet. Please do not send long files, since the hour is for working the problem, not reading a full proposal. If you need a longer document reviewed, we can discuss that separately.
Is it confidential?
For Working Sessions, what you tell me stays with me and is not shared with your employer or anyone else. For organizational engagements, we agree beforehand on who receives the findings and how interview comments will be attributed. I will not promise individual privacy in a review that reports to leadership.
Do you offer ongoing coaching?
I offer focused consultations. If you would like more time, additional sessions are available by agreement.
What if my problem is bigger than one session?
In the hour we will work on whatever can be addressed in that time. If there is more to do, we can discuss further work separately. Many people find one session is enough to decide their next move.
Will you do the work for us?
You receive clear recommendations and next steps. Your team handles implementation. Keeping that separation is also what lets me give an independent view.
What if I am unsure which service fits?
If you are considering an organizational review, I offer a brief fit call to talk through scope. It is a short conversation to confirm fit, not a free working session on the problem itself.
When is payment due, and can I reschedule?
Working Sessions are paid at booking. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, or cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a refund. Late cancellations or missed sessions are not refunded. If your request turns out to be outside my expertise, I will tell you before the session and refund you in full.

- Privacy: I do not share your session comments with your employer or others.
- Boundaries: Recommendations are not a guarantee of a particular outcome. Implementation is yours; additional work is agreed separately, with no ongoing messaging included.

- Scope and fee: Starting at $1,500. Before work begins, we confirm the management question, document page limit, interviews, recipients of findings and payment terms in writing.
- What is included: One program, one management question, up to three staff or leadership interviews, up to five documents, a concise memo and one 45-minute readout.
- Timing and changes: Delivery within two weeks after all agreed materials are received. Additional work requires a separately agreed scope and fee.
- Reporting: We agree beforehand on who receives findings and how interview comments will be attributed. Interviews are not a promise of individual privacy from leadership.
- Independence: I do not review programs I help deliver. Your team implements the recommendations; this is an operational review, not a formal evaluation or grant compliance audit.
- Funding: Your organization confirms whether the expense fits its approved budget or grant award.
